We can only return damaged goods. So choose wisely before ordering. Or just buy every product we have and one of them must suit you. If you receive goods that are damaged: send us an e-mail explaining it all and we'll take it from there. Because that just sucks. We bless every little package we send away so hopefully this will never happen. But hey! You must tell us within 14 days of the reception of your goods, otherwise we'll totally ignore you.
Well okay. IF you change your mind: please notify us within 14 days from when you received the goods by sending an email to email@example.com. The security seal and/or plastic wrapping must be intact and the goods must be unused. Don't send anything back before you have contacted us. The shipping cost will be at your own expense.
